Biotech Summer Research Program
Sixteen high school students participated in a summer enrichment program with the DNA Learning Center out of Cold Spring Harbor Lab. Using a swab of saliva, they traced their origins all the way back to the Pleistocene Epoch and their Neanderthal ancestors. At the end of the program, students presented their findings to parents.
